SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. ripe olives, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper

Drain salmon and add milk to make 3/4 cup liquid. Combine all ingredients and pour into loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes or until firm. Serves 6.
