HEAVENLY HOLIDAY CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 rounded tbsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Combine in large bowl; flour, sugar, eggs, pecans, pineapple, nuts and soda. Mix until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 9x13 greased and floured baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. (Test with toothpick.) Let cool completely.

Frosting: Let butter and cream cheese soften at room temperature. Blend together using low speed on mixer. Slowly mix in entire box of confectioners' sugar. When blended smoothly, add vanilla and put on cake. Refrigerate until served.
