SHRIMP SALAD | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. precooked frozen shrimp 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. slivered almonds 3 oz. can chow mein noodles Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic salt. Allow to blend overnight. Add shrimp, peas, celery, onions. Chill. Just before serving, add almonds and noodles. Serves 6-8. |
