FRIED JALAPENOS 
14 oz. whole jalapenos
1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
Flour
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Oil

Leave caps on jalapenos and slit pepper down side. Carefully remove seeds. Stuff each pepper with cheese pressing in well.

Mix eggs and milk in bowl. Roll peppers in flour, then egg mixture and flour again. Allow coating to set before frying. Fry peppers in deep fryer until light brown, approximately 1 minute.
