SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) container of cream cheese
Pam cooking spray
1 stick butter
5 slices white bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach according to directions on box. Drain and remove all water. Melt butter and save half. Combine other half of melted butter with softened cream cheese, blending well. Add cooked spinach to cream cheese mixture. Mix well removing all lumps. Add desired salt and pepper. Toast bread slices and cut into small pieces. Mix with remaining butter. Pour spinach mixture into 1 quart casserole dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Cover top of spinach mixture with butter bread pieces. Put in a 320 degree oven for 20 minutes or until warm through. This recipe is easily doubled or tripled for larger groups.
