CORN AND OLIVE SPREAD | |
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch dressing mix 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 c.) 1 can (4 1/4 oz.) chopped ripe olives, drained 1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained Tortilla chips, if desired Beat cream cheese and dressing mix in large bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except tortilla chips. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips. This has 1 gram carbohydrate. |
