CINNAMON PUFF 
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. biscuit mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Melt 1 tablespoon butter and add biscuit mix, sugar, nutmeg, eggs and milk. Beat for 30 seconds.

Place paper liners in custard cups and fill each liner half full. Cook on HIGH in microwave for 2-3 minutes. Turn 1/4 turn every 30 seconds. Cool 2-3 minutes.

Melt remaining butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Dip puffs in the butter and then into the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Serve warm. Makes 5-7 puffs.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
