1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Special K cereal
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Boil sugar and syrup about 1 minute. Pour into greased bowl and mix with peanut butter and vanilla. Add cereal and mix quickly. Pat into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Melt chips in double boiler and spread on top.
