TACO PIE 
1 deep dish pie crust
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 nachips
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pie crust on cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Prick bottom and sides of crust thoroughly with fork. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees. In skillet cook ground beef and onion until brown. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning to meat according to package directions. In small bowl, combine refried beans and 1/3 cup taco sauce. Mix well. Layer 1/2 refried bean mixture in bottom of pie crust. Top with 1/2 seasoned meat and 1 cup cheddar cheese and nachips. Repeat layers except for nachips. Bake on cookie sheet 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with lettuce, tomato, and additional taco sauce.
