RUSSIAN TEA CAKES | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar (you'll need extra to roll cookies in after baking) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. chopped pecans Mix together all ingredients. Roll into little balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately roll in powdered sugar. You may want to roll in powdered sugar again after they cool to even out appearance. Makes 5 dozen. |
