SPINACH PIE 
4 lb. spinach, cleaned, drained and squeezed
1 1/2 lb. feta cheese
8 eggs
1 lb. phyllo dough

Mix feta cheese, eggs and spinach together. Brush butter all over bottom of loaf pan. Place overlapping sheets of phyllo dough on bottom of pan, leaving ends sticking out of pan. Press spinach mixture in pan.

Place sheets of phyllo dough on top of mixture and brush with butter. Fold end pieces in and brush with butter. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on low rack, then raise to higher rack until top is golden.
