CORN FRITTERS 
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 egg
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c. milk

Empty can of corn in large mixing bowl. Rinse empty can with milk. Add egg; mix well. Add box of corn muffin mix; blend. Spoon into hot skillet with a little grease and fry like pancakes, turning when edges start drying. One tablespoon makes a good size fritter.
