STUFFED STEAK 
2 lg. thin round steaks
5-6 slices rye bread (cut in sm. pieces)
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Saute this mixture in butter

Cut steaks into strips, stuff with rye bread mixture. Roll up. Tie with string (should get 6-8 rolls). Place in small amount of water. Bake in oven about 2 hours (or 2 1/2 depends on how thin the meat is) 350 degrees in covered pan.
