SPANISH NOODLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
Salt
3/4 can cream style corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Butter

Brown meat and onions. Add salt, pepper, corn, tomatoes, salt and soup. Simmer over low heat. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and coat with butter. Butter a large dish. Layer meat, noodles and cheese. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
