1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. fat
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. grated cheese

Mix first 6 ingredients and form into patties. Saute in 1 tablespoon fat until brown on both sides. Melt 1 tablespoon fat in sauce pan; stir in flour, mustard, milk and salt. When smooth, add grated cheese and cook until melted. Put patties in baking dish. Pour sauce over them and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
