8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch style dressing mix, dry 8 oz. cream cheese Allow cheese to soften at room temperature, then put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with mixer. Line a round bowl with Saran Wrap and press cheese mixture into it, rounding the top to form a ball. Chill. Roll in chopped pecans and Chill again. Serve with snack crackers or chips. | |
