VIRGINIA'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lg. onion
1 lg. garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
1 basil leaf
2 tbsp. fresh grated Romano cheese
1 pork chop

Put onion, sliced, in large pot with oil just about covering bottom of pot. Add crushed garlic clove. Add salt and pepper. Cook until onion browns. Add 1 large can tomatoes, 2 cans tomato paste, 2 cans tomato sauce. Stir and mash tomatoes, add oregano, basil leaf, and Romano cheese. Cook 2 hours on low heat. Brown pork chops separately, add to sauce, continue cooking, on low.
