CHICKEN-MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients, pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
