PISTACHIO DESSERT 
8 oz. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

2/3 c. milk
1 sm. box pistachio pudding

Mix until thick.

1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream

Add to above. Then pour pudding-ice cream mixture on top of crust. FREEZE. Top with 8 ounces Cool Whip. Crush 3-4 Heath bars and sprinkle on top of Cool Whip. Thaw approximately 1 hour before serving (can be refrozen).
