PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can pineapple, undrained
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir ingredients, don't use electric mixer. Pour in greased floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

ICING:

Mix together:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Add:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

As soon as removed spread icing on hot cake.
