GUACAMOLE BOATS 
7 ripe avocados, peeled & seeded
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion salt
3 tbsp. picante sauce
1 tomato, chopped in sm. pieces
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
4 med. tomatoes
Tortilla chips
Lemon juice (opt.)

Mash avocados, leaving slightly chunky, and add next 5 ingredients. Mix well; add salt and pepper to taste. Slice medium tomatoes in half; scoop out pulp and sawtooth the edges. Place 1/2 cup of guacamole mixture in each of 8 tomato cups. Top each guacamole boat with single tortilla chip standing anchored in mixture. Pass lemon juice, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
