DIABETIC BARS 
1 c. dates
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. cooked prunes
1 c. water
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

Cook the first four ingredients for 5 minutes. Add the butter and set aside to cool. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 greased pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
