DIABETIC APRICOT BANANA SALAD 
1 to 4 serving pkg. sugar-free orange Jello
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. chopped canned apricots
3/4 c. sliced bananas

Mix Jello and spices, add boiling water and stir until well dissolved. Add cold water and let set until partially thickened. Add apricots and bananas. Serve as dessert or salad.
