EASY GOURMET CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
Salt
Garlic powder
Paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. heavy cream

Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle each side of cutlet with seasonings. Mix soup with cream and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Serve over rice. (If you like mushrooms, add a small can of mushroom pieces drained to the soup mixture).
