CHILI CON CASA DIP 
Mince:

1 med. onion
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 jar pimiento
1/2 can green peeled chili pepper

Add these ingredients to 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese. Combine in top of double boiler and heat about 1 hour until it bubbles. Serve in chafing dish with favorite dippers.

Can be reheated or frozen.
