LIVER BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 lb. liver sausage
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chopped parsley (opt.)

Beat together cheese and sausage. Blend in lemon juice, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in celery and parsley. Chill. Form into ball. Frost ball with mixture of 4 ounces cream cheese and 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip. Decorate with parsley, olive, pimiento, etc.
