PEANUT BUTTER PASTRY 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. finely sliced almonds or finely chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter

Combine flour and baking powder. Cut in butter and peanut butter until crumbly. Add nuts. Add water and mix until dough sticks together. Press into an 8 or 9 inch pan, flute, if you can. Bake 8 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Cool.
