RICE AND SALMON BAKE | |
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, skinned, drained & flaked 1 sm. green pepper, cut into strips 1 c. sliced celery 1 med. chopped onion 3 tomatoes, peeled & sliced 3/4 c. uncooked rice 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can water 1 tbsp. soy sauce Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. 4 to 6 servings. |
