BEST YET ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. half and half
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 gal. 2% milk

Beat eggs in blender; then add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend whip cream. Add all together in ice cream freezer. You can add strawberries, crushed peaches, mashed bananas, chocolate chips, or chocolate syrup. Freeze in freezer until set. Makes 1 gallon.
