CHEESECAKE 
FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs, beaten

BATTER:

1 stick butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

For the filling, beat all ingredients until well mixed. Set aside.

To make batter, cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Pour batter into pan and spread a little up the sides. Pour in filling and bake at 325 degrees for about an hour or until set. Cool cake and spread topping on cake. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer.

Cool and refrigerate. Serve plain or topped with your choice of fruit or fruit pie filling.
