CHEESE TARTS 
1 box vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling or other fruit

Cream the cheese; add eggs and sugar; beat. Add vanilla; beat well. In a tin cupcake liner, place a vanilla wafer on the bottom and fill with cheese mixture until 3/4 full.

Bake in cupcake pans for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, top each cake with a teaspoon of fruit filling. Makes 24.
