YOUR FORK WILL STAND UP
SPAGHETTI SAUCE
 
2 lb. ground sirloin
2 lg. cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
Fresh ground pepper, coarse
Lawry's seasoning salt
2 pkg. spaghetti spice powder
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green bell pepper
Oregano, to taste
1 bay leaf
Thick pasta noodles
Tabasco sauce

Fry 2 pounds ground sirloin add a couple of dashes of Tabasco sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dice onion and bell pepper; add 1/2 of them to ground sirloin AFTER draining grease. Brown onion and pepper with sirloin. Add tomato sauce, paste, and stewed tomatoes in large saucepan. Add more salt and pepper and a pinch of oregano. Add the rest of the onion and bell pepper. Bring to a boil; add ground sirloin and spaghetti powder. Mix. Add fork to see if it will up.

Boil water with bay leaf for noodles. Remove bay leaf before adding noodles. ENJOY!
