YOGURT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. bran
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. yogurt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix together yogurt, egg, honey, and butter. Stir in salt, bran, and flour. Fold in raisins. Grease muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
