ROSEMARY CHICKEN 
6 cloves garlic
1 roasting chicken (4-5 lbs.)
Fresh rosemary
1 lemon

1. Rub cloves of garlic on chicken.

2. Slip cloves of garlic between the skin and the meat on each breast of the chicken.

3. Place remaining garlic in cavity of chicken.

4. Rub fresh or dried rosemary over chicken.

5. Slip sprig of rosemary between skin and meat of each breast.

6. Place more rosemary inside cavity of chicken.

7. Cut lemon in half and squeeze one half over chicken, other half into cavity. Place both halves of lemon in center of chicken.

8. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until juices run clear.
