1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Tomato slices
1 Vienna bread loaf, cut in half lengthwise
American cheese slices
Thinly sliced onion rings

Combine meat, tomato paste and taco seasonings; mix until well blended. Spread mixture on bread. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and tomato slices. Continue baking until cheese melts. Garnish with onion rings. Serves 4.
