HOT HAMBURGER DIP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 sm. can Ro-Tel
1/4 c. ketchup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced or some garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute beef and onion. When beef is brown, add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese melts.

Serve in a chafing dish or on a warming tray. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
