CARROTS, PIMENTO AND PEAS WITH
ONION BUTTER SAUCE
 
1 can Julienne carrots, drained
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
2 pkgs. frozen peas
3/4 stick butter
1 lg. white onion, grated

Cook and drain frozen peas. Combine with carrots and pimento and cook together for 10 minutes. Saute' onion in butter to make sauce and pour over vegetables.
