GRILLED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. plain yogurt
4 chicken breast halves, skinned

Combine dry ingredients in shallow bowl or pie plate. Put yogurt in shallow bowl. Dip chicken in yogurt, then into crumb mixture. Place on prepared grill, flesh side up over medium heat; bake 20 minutes. Turn; bake 15 minutes more or until fork tender.

4 servings. 150 calories each.
