APPLE-SAUSAGE RING 
2 lb. bulk sausage (may use spicy sausage, if desired)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. crushed saltines
1 c. chopped apples
1/4 c. chopped onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs and milk together. Combine with remaining ingredients. Shape into a ring and place on a baking rack; set rack over a pan. Add water to cover bottom of pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Can make sausage ring the night before and refrigerate until needed. Serves 8-10.
