QUICHE SANS CROUTE 
1 1/2 lb. cut vegetables
1 med. onion (sliced)
2 tbsp. bouillon (any flavor)
1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton Eggbeaters or 4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Oil for baking dish

Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, zucchini, etc., all or part.

Lightly oil a 1- inch quiche dish or a pie plate. Add vegetables and onions. Sprinkle bouillon on top. Pour water in dish. Cover and microwave until vegetables are done. Check your microwave instruction booklet for time. Drain juice off and drink it. It's good!

Add nutmeg to egg. Pour egg mixture evenly over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over the top of vegetables and eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before serving. Slice like pie to serve.

You may stir fry and simmer instead of microwaving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
