CINNAMON CARROTS 
1 sm. bag carrots
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
1/3 c. water

Melt butter on stove or microwave and add all other ingredients, mixing well. Pare and julienne carrots and put in casserole dish and pour liquid over carrots. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours or until carrots are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
