PORK CHOPS AND DUMPLINGS 
3-5 pork chops
2 cans chunky chicken vegetable soup
2 cans buttermilk biscuits

Brown chops in skillet; drain fat. Add chunky soup. Cover and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes until chops are tender. Remove lid. Add biscuits; cover and cook until biscuits are done. Serve with baked potatoes or over rice.
