BANANA PUDDING 
3 firm bananas
1 bag Jack's vanilla wafers
3 eggs
1 lg. can Pet evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine milk, 1/2 cup sugar, and 3 egg yolks. Cook at medium heat until slightly thickened. Add vanilla. Layer bowl with wafers and sliced bananas. Pour custard over wafers and bananas. Whip egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar until stiff. Spoon onto top of pudding. Brown meringue in oven under broiler.
