7 UP CAKE 
1 box lemon supreme (Duncan Hines)
1 box pineapple instant pudding
4 eggs, separated
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 (10 oz.) 7 Up

Add egg yolks in mixture and beat 2 minutes. Add whites last. Beat whites until stiff and fold in. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. coconut

Add pineapple juice to eggs. Beat well before adding more. Add sugar and butter and cook (over medium heat) until thick, about 5 minutes after it starts to boil. Remove from heat and add pineapple and coconut. Add nuts if desired.
