ZUCCHINI CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. pureed zucchini
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Unbaked 9 inch pie crust

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.
