CHICKEN CURRY SALAD 
2 c. chicken (white meat), cooked & chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. almond pieces, toasted
1/4 c. green grapes, sliced
1/8 c. onion, minced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Mix dressing and add to chicken mixture. Yield: 4 servings, 1/3 cup chicken salad with 2 slices of whole wheat bread.

266 calories per serving (144 calories without bread). 8 grams fat (2 teaspoons). 73 milligrams cholesterol. 211 milligrams sodium.
