MAPLE BREAD PUDDING 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. maple syrup
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
4 slices bread, cut in cubes

Melt butter in top of double boiler, add syrup. Then add to this the beaten eggs, milk and bread cubes. Put in a casserole dish and set in oven in hot water and bake until knife inserted comes out clean.
