BEEF STIR FRY 
4 oz. lean beef
1/2 c. snow pea pods
1/2 c. sliced scallions
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. steamed rice

Cut beef into small cubes or strips. Saute beef in a non-stick pan until brown on all sides. Add vegetables, cover and steam for 5 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
