1/2 sm. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 box frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and well drained
3 beaten eggs (eggs are to be beaten separately)
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. chopped sauteed onions
2 tbsp. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Pepperoni, sliced in pkg.
Pie shell

Mix all ingredients well. Make sure eggs are beaten separately. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
