YEAST PAN ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. dry milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Sift together flour and dry milk; set aside.

Mix in large bowl the sugar, salt, 1 cup water, egg and shortening. Mix yeast to above mixture; add flour mixture gradually mixing well. Knead on floured board, until dough is springy. Put in a greased bowl and grease top of dough. Let rise about 1 hour. Knead well and make into rolls. Let rise and then bake at 350 degrees.
